Space Video of the Day - 090225

On February 24th, the Orbiting Carbon Observatory launched aboard a Taurus rocket, but failed to reach orbit due to a failure of the faring separation system. Today's space video of the day shows the launch and the post-launch press conference. Rand Simberg has further comment.
